Life Hacks That Will Make You A Happy Man

What makes you happy? You might think it would be money, power or fame. Well, think again…

1. Get Outside Some More
How’s the weather today? Sunlight is necessary. It’s vital for vitamin D, which plays an important part in everything from testosterone and fat loss to a good health.

Even just a five-minute walk in the park has proven to make you feel delightful.

If you can’t get outside, bring the outside to you. Surrounding yourself with plants can actually reduce stress and make you happier.

2. Do Yoga
Whether you’re a footballer, a lifter or a runner, one thing is for sure: YOGA will make you feel so much better. Yes, yoga can be challenging, but it’s worth giving it a try.

The mindful focus on breathing and your body in general can reduce stress, stop you from getting sick and ramp up your production of lymphocytes.

3. Travel More
Traveling more and see the world is indeed one of the only things you buy, that truly makes you richer and happier. You get to see the world, meet lots of new and different people, while getting to know yourself even better.

4. Laugh Every day
Are you laughing every day? If the answer is NO, find something to laugh about or someone to laugh with. When you laugh, you release a happy hormone called oxytocin. Oxytocin is a hormone that uplifts us as we share experiences with others.

Remember: Even making yourself smile will put you in a better place.

5. Positive Vibes
Don’t waste your time on negative energy. Try to focus on the positive things in life and be grateful for these. Before you go to bed, think of three things that you’re grateful for. Try to make them as specific as possible.

You may think that this is some hippie bullshit, but the fact is: A grateful mind-set and positive vibes boost your mood and keep you motivated.
